Exactly eleven months ago today I closed up our home in Baltimore, Maryland and drove through a snowstorm (in a Miata, no less) to start a new life in Columbus, Ohio. Baltimore is my hometown, and I love it, but we had been there long enough and I was ready for a change. The move to Columbus had come just at the right time. But here I am, eleven months later, talking to my husband's company's relocation team about our next move - this time across the pond to the UK.
This isn't my first time living in England, but last time was over twenty years ago. A lot has changed, as have I. This blog will document my journey from the American mid-west to the south coast of England. Hope you enjoy it.
